Unless you wish to have a doctor whom you will never be able to make an appointment with, I would suggest not starting with Dr. Austman! I recently called her office and was told she’s not seeing patients for a year. As a patient of hers, I was not informed of this. Then I was told if I were to go to another doctor, I wouldn’t be able to ever go back to her! How’s that for serving your patients!

Very disappointed in order to see children get their vaccines pushes them on parents even to point of giving them to children who aren't well- in other words putting vaccines into children while they are not well-which any good doctor would know this is a big no no- this happened to my grandchild and took several months to see the child get over terrible lung problems as a result-also the same child got measles this year when said to be fully protected by MMR

Always will take time to listen as well as getting what needs to be done, done. Fantastic bed side manner.

We've been using Dr. Austman since my first doctor left the state and I couldn't be happier. She's always answered our questions and very helpful in getting back if we call in with questions.Now that we might be needing to see a specialist, the staff and Dr. Austman have been extremely helpful in getting us the necessary recommendations. I am very happy with our care from Dr. Austman.
