She was my doctor but I never saw her but 1 time,I always saw nurse practitioners

The DR is great but the some of the staff needs to do there job and stop with the smart remarks and being hateful period especially Krista !!!!

We also could never get past the appointment desk. We had to complete paperwork PRIOR to even making an appointment---as if we were APPLYING for a doctor!!! Then we faxed the paperwork in and no one called us or returns our calls. Apparently this practice doesn't need or want new patients.

Both my husband & myself have neurological disease & chronic pain. We see Dr. Bivona frequently & have become well-acquainted with her & her staff in the past 3 years we have known her. We feel we have received exceptional care! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, & current on research findings. Fasting lab tests are done every 6 months & we are provided a print-out along with a review with her of the results. She keeps prescriptions up-to-date without the hassle of running out. She is very kind & compassionate, & does not rush at all. Most tests are available at the office, such as heart stress tests. All staff have been courteous. Urgent care is provided at the office from 1:00 - 4:00 M-Th. I would highly recommend Dr. Katharine Bivona to anyone!

I could not get past the appointment desk to even schedule an appointment. I filled out the new patient information e-mailed to me, and returned by fax. I have left 2 messages to set up an appointment, but my calls were not returned. My third message was: Don't bother returning my call as I no longer need an appointment. I had to find another doctor.
