Dr. Katherine Stultz Claflin, MD

She's amazing and super friendly, she talks to you like family and genuinely cares. I'm not big on going to doctors but she made going through the whole ordeal much easier with my son. I could always tell when she was working the whole room just seemed to light up and everyone was in a much better mood. Great doctor.

My daughter had her at St Luke's East and she was the worst Doctor I have ever seen. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, called me names and yelled at me in front of my daughter in the NICU. She made us stay in the NICU way longer than needed, when we were finally able to see another Doctor our daughter was released the same day and he said he didn't know why she was still there. The only reason I can see for why we were kept there so long was because she is a horrible human being and knew she had the power and wanted to show what she could do (threatened that if we left before she wanted she would write a note to our insurance so that they wouldn't cover any of our medical bill while there). I have talked to many parents that have had the same problems with her. She needs to be let go from her position! When we have another kid if she is still with the St. Luke's group I will be delivering at another hospital because I never want to take a chance of seeing her or having her… care for my little one. I don't think she knows what she is doing and she doesn't look at each child, she basis everything off a text book and expects every child to do the same which doesn't happen.
