I am so fortunate that, after "COPD noted" was entered on an urgent care visit, my primary care physician referred me to Doctor Cox-Flaherty. She is the most caring, professional, knowledgeable, understanding doctor. She has my vote for doctor of the year.

My provider was outstanding as always and very well prepared for the visit. She followed up on concerns from the previous visit as well as provided recommendations in preparation for an upcoming surgical procedure. I have recommended a friend to Dr. Cox for TX of a pulmonary condition.

I was treated as a human being, not a random patient going through the system like a farm animal. Everyone displayed sincere compassion for my well-being.

Good experience with the personal

I have a borderline case that requires some discussion. Dr. Cox-Flaherty took time to work out a plan for future tests and treatments and was very patient with my questions. I really did feel like she is working as a partner to manage my chronic condition, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Cox is very caring and has taken great care of me and brought me back to much better health.
