Dr. Katherine Michelle Frizelle, MD

Dr Frizelle has been my doctor for some time. I find her “ best side manner” to be wonderful. She is very approachable. You can depend on her to follow up with you if you need her. A few years ago I was hospitalized and quite Sick in a hospital in Alaska. Dr Frizelle kept in contact with me and made all the arrangements for me to see 2 specialist as soon as I got home. She is a good and caring doctor. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. K. Frizelle is my physician. She is terrific and always knows how to help me. Have to admit that I am not the best patient in doing what is right in diabetic care. But she helps me where I am and encourages me to keep going. She was always willing to see me for my appointments even during the height of the pandemic. As I have said before if you can get a visit with her you will be very fortunate.

Dr. Frizelle is an excellent physician, she is through and patient and knowledgeable. She stays on top of your health needs. I like her and am so glad I found her. Dr. Frizelle’s support staff is fantastic, helpful and great at getting back to you. I highly recommend this service.

I have never had a bad experience at this office. They speak to you when you walk inside. Dr Frizell has a great staff from the front desk to the nurses and of course the doctor. She’s very easy to talk to and encourages follow ups. She stays on top of what you need. I never mind going to that office. Everyone is so pleasant !!

I felt vey comfortable for my first visit. She is female and young and that's a first for me. I felt comfortable because she is knowledgeable. I think I'm going to be very satisfied as her patient.

Very inconsiderate and nasty Dr. FRIZELLE showed no concern or care in the world after telling her my reason for the visit. After I asked her if I paid for this visit just for her to tell me she cant help, and expressed my concern she was like oh if you want to get tested you can go to North Charleston. It was a mess especially at a time like this. A week later I received a letter saying they were no longer rendering service I have to find a new Doctor for being disruptive. Very inconsiderate doctors at West Ashley Primary Care. Dr Frizelle and Dr Jesup is in this for money they dont care about their patients. It's very sad! The letter came from Dr Jesup someone I haven't seen in about 2 years or more.
