Following graduation, Dr. Garrett began her career as an associate dentist in Cary, N.C., before joining one of the world’s leading dental manufacturers, Ivoclar Vivadent in Amherst, N.Y., in 2000. At Ivoclar Vivadent, Dr. Garrett researched esthetic materials coming to market and conducted professional education and seminars for dentists on using products in veneers, all-ceramic crowns, and composite restorations. She was also involved in research and education regarding competitive products in dentistry. With a desire to focus on patient care, Dr. Garrett returned to her family roots in Raleigh, N.C. in 2004 to open her new Raleigh dentist practice. Dr. Garrett is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Women Dentists, and the N.C.
