Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and help to facilitate meeting individual goals for those wanting to make a positive difference in their lives. I create a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to make changes and overcome traumas, and barriers. I specialize in addressing issues through cognitive behavioral therapy, coaching, and a strengths-based perspective. I am also a certified life coach. I earned my Bachelors in Political Science from Mississippi College and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. I've worked in different clinical settings.
