Wonderful dentist until it comes down to billing. I lost my insurance. A crown they placed, fell off and I was told to come in at no charge. Reasonable. Then I was told I was absolutely in need of a deep cleaning. I agree, I was behind on cleanings since losing my insurance. So I asked how much it would be and was told 150-175. After I got the cleaning, they told me I owed 330. They said this was due to X-rays which were unnecessary and not authorized as nothing was even bothering me at that time. As these outstanding charges were infuriating, I started looking for a new dentist. I asked for a copy of my X-rays, as legally they have to give you this. I was told there was a glitch in their system and my X-rays were not saved. I should come in and have them done again. This is absolutely ridiculous!! They try to scam so much money out of your insurance by doing unnecessary work. No one pays attention until insurance doesn’t cover it anymore and they’re paying out of pocket. Every one… star review is the same here!! Beware, you will “need” more work than you ever knew your teeth needed. And you will pay more than ever discussed.
