This was my first visit to this office and I was pleasantly surprised. got in right on time. all precautions for Covid19 were being practiced, I was politely greeted. my work was completed with professionalism and done quickly during pleasant conversation, when leaving I was given an estimate for future work and they explained what the insurance was expected to pay and what I was expected to pay, no other dentist has done that for me before, I highly recommend this office. I had a cracked crown and a broken tooth from earlier dental work. Dr Belanger at Dr. Heer's office did a great job replacing and handling these situations. The office staff is also friendly and professional.

There office is extremely hard to get a hold of a person to actually schedule you an appointment. I called and left all my new insurance information and they said they'd call me back. A week went by, and I called again, and still the same run around even though I was a patient there a few years prior. Honestly not worth the trouble. You're better off going to one of the other dentists in the area.
