As a concerned mother, I was deeply alarmed by the unprofessional and hostile conduct my daughter experienced from Dr. Hein. She refused to answer even basic medical questions about aftercare and suture removal, responding instead with an aggressive and dismissive tone. Her communication was demeaning, combative, and completely inappropriate for a medical professional. Rather than offering guidance, she spoke over my daughter, denied the follow-up care stated in her instructions, and dismissed legitimate concerns. The entire experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and showed no compassion or accountability. Patients deserve proper care, clear communication, and respect—not hostility.

The experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacking any sense of compassion or accountability. Patients deserve clear communication and proper care—not hostility.

I had my post op appointment today ( Mommy Makeover ) and I am so excited to say I couldn't be happier! Dr. Hein has been wonderful through this entire process and her staff is great! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and Dr. Hein is truly caring and sincere. I am so glad I found her. Thank you Dr. Hein!

My 14 year old daughter recently had a breast reduction and lift from Dr. Hein. From the first visit, Dr,. Hein was warm, approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. We met with a number of female plastic surgeons in MA and Dr. Hein won us over from the start; she made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. We actually live 2 1/2 hours away from her office and hospital and never even considered that too far as the are was so excellent. Dr. Hein did a beautiful job with the surgery and it was life changing for my daughter. Also, Dr. Hein was always reachable including after the surgery. Her office was also very easy to work with; the office staff took care of everything that they needed to. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Dealt with her and was very upset with how she handled the patient. Would not use her again and would not recommend.

It took me a long time to come here to leave my review, but I want to alert people to avoid this doctor if you are considering a “tummy-tuck”. I ended up with a very high asymmetrical scar and a bellybutton with 3 holes! Yes, a horrible plastic surgery performed by Dr. Hein at the metro-west hospital in Framingham. About 1 year after my surgery I had to courage to come back to see if she could fix my bellybutton (at least), and she told me she knew what went wrong and we could schedule another surgery, but I was responsible for the hospital fee and other fees... are you kidding me? After years of therapy I am finally better, and would love you to consider someone professional to perform your dream surgery!

This is my 6th month follow up with Dr. Hein and I will recommend her to the world. The results are beyond me. I've never been happier. Her manners are A plus. Best staff ever. BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD. I'M HAPPY. I look at the mirror daily with joy and perfect self esteem. Follow up care is done accurately at no cost. Calls are placed to follow up on patients progress. I love this place.
