Dr. Katherine Rose Hopper, MD

Dr. Hopper has always been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She takes time to respond to my questions even while balancing her other patients. I appreciate the care she provides. Dr. Hopper is also my spouse's PCP. Dr. Hopper advocated for him after a work-related injury that resulted in hospitalization. During that time, it felt like no one was "managing" his case. Although she was not the primary doctor on that issue (it was Work Well), she took time to meet with him and game plan treatment after his release. It was nice to know someone who knew him and cared was managing his recovery with us.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hopper's since moving to Cedar Rapids three years ago. I have consistently been impressed with her bedside manner, medical knowledge and care. She is consistently kind and respectful. I don't at all understand the negative reviews of her and can only presume something is missing in the storyline. I'm incredibly grateful to have her for my doctor and am very pleased with her nurse as well. She gives you focused attention, listens well, has helpful insights, widespread knowledge, never makes you feel rushed or foolish...I think she's great and highly recommend her!

You took an oath to heal and if i dont act like mary poppins to u and ur incompetnt stafff about making mistakes u kick us out of clinic! i will b filing a complaint w medical board againdst u!!! I never cursed or raised myvoice!!!! i just called ur staff out on mistakes and they didnt like it so u kicked me out/ u r a out of touch w/ the real world and peoples problems!!!! u knew i was having issue when i saw u onthe 13th w/ my hubby gave me counselors list and then kick me out cause i didnt talk the way u wanted me to. there is no law thart sawys i have to b friendly to u or anyone esle!!!!! You should b ashamed!!!!!!

I saw Dr. Hopper for joint pain and inflammation that had been worsening for months and months. I saw a doctor previously who didn't help at all. She took me so seriously and really listened and has put me on the path to figuring out how to treat this going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor. My own family doctor is just in the same practice so it's a fauz pas to transfer to her or I WOULD SO FAST!

Thank you, Dr. Hopper, for caring for my elderly parents. Upon my mother's passing in October, you showed compassion my dad and our family. The time you spent with us made us feel as if we were your only patients. It's nice having you in CR! Debbie Erenberger
