This office is one of the best around!!!!

No matter how much time was spent with me, the diagnosis was incorrect. I happened to be visiting my sister in Texas and she recommended her doctor. It was cancer and I was very lucky to have had it caught in time. If I had continued on the course that Dr. Huhn-Usry had prescribed I would have died. All that friendliness was worthless if the correct questions were not asked.

I accompanied my mother to an office visit to follow up on a recent hospitalization where her bp medication had been changed, she had acute kidney failure, an irregular heart rythym and swelling around her ankles, legs and feet due to excess fluid in her lungs. During this visit Dr. Huhn-Usry did not examine her at all, Did not listen to her lungs, did not listen to her heart, did not check her legs for swelling. Her bp was 144/92 and she was told that this was acceptable and her dose of bp med did not need to be changed. She did not seem at all concerned with the fact that a CT of the chest showed atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries and aorta and that my mother was not taking her cholesterol medication. When I brought this up she said that all of us have some degree of atherosclerosis once we are in our 30's. My mother has cancer and was very anxious about getting an MRI of the brain done that her oncologist had ordered. Dr. Huhn-Usry told her that she did not have to do… this if she did not want to. She did not tell her to discuss her concerns with her oncologist just that she did not have to do it. I'm very concerned about Dr. Huhn-Usry's thoroughness and the fact that she did not seem to be concerned about preventive health screenings such as pap test, colonoscopy, mammogram, etc.

I have been seeing Dr. Huhn-Usry for a few years now & can not say enough good things about her! She is caring, compassionate, & she knows her stuff b ...

I absolutely love Dr. Huhn-Usry I have been seeing her for quite a few years now. Throughout that time I have experienced some very difficult symptoms, but she has stuck by me the entire time. Each time she gets to the bottom of what is going on when no one else would even listen to me! I will never quit going to her! She is so willing to do whatever she can to help you & support you. She is simply amazing! I have referred many family members & friends who are all very happy with her as well.

Dr Huhn-Usry for a couple of years now and have nothing but positive things to say about her.
