Dr. Katherine T Johnston, MD

I am completely frustrated with the lack of response from this office. The times when I have expressed concerns about my health issues, I have been left with vague explanations and wrong diagnosis. Please save your time and see someone else.

She only works two days a week. When she is not taking weeks at a time off. Her staff is not qualified to work at MGH. Waiting time is over an hour because she in never in.

I dislike that the office is completely unorganized. The wait for an established patient to get an appointment is 8 months to a year. They bill the insurance incorrectly so you get stuck with the bill and spend hours on the phone. The physician won't fix improper billing codes caused by the errors of her staff and her own appointment unavailability. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to go. Save yourself a headache.

Dr. Johnston is the best doctor I have ever had. She saved my life. She spends all the time needed, follows up if she doesn't hear from me and works hard after the appointment looking things up and asking questions to be as thorough as possible. I can honestly say I love my doctor!
