Dr. Kane is very patient, smart, and explains things well. I felt confident in my care and had a good outcome following surgery. Before my surgery, Dr. Kane presented me with all my options and helped me make an informed decision.

Do NOT go to the Texas Health Huguley location to see Dr. Kane (Suite#201) unless you want to be called, emailed and texted to remind you to "Be on time for your appointment" and then you arrive not just "on time" but 10 minutes early, only to see an overpacked tiny waiting area, with people spilling out into the hallway, some sitting on the floor, others waiting down the hall by the elevator. Then you are told it should only be 30 minutes. Then that 30 minutes goes by, not even 1 patient has left and when asked "About how much longer it will be", you get the reply " Oh about 30 minutes".... Evidentally they are uneducated on how time works and have absolutely no regard for patients and how valuable our time is. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized "office", We have ever seen (With 1 exception). Bottom line, if you are ok with them wasting YOUR valuable time (2-3 hours), then, by all means, go for it. On the other hand, if you value your time and self-worth enough to… not let Dr. Offices like this one get by with quadruple + overbooking, then please take a stand and find another Dr.
