Dr. Katherine K Katsoyannis, MD

Dr. Katsoyannis was my mother''s physician and attended my mother during the last three years of her life as she advanced through Alzheimer's Disease. Dr. Katsoyannis was a God-send. She listened well, communicated clearly and addressed every issue in a timely and medically appropriate way. Once you have been to Dr. Katsoyannis, you know what quality medical care is and you want nothing less than that for anyone you care about. I have recommended her to my friends whose parents are aging. That is the highest compliment I can give a doctor.

I like the Doctor. She is very nice, caring, patient, intelligent. The problem is to make an appointment is difficult. for a regular or follow up visit you need to call 2-3 month in advance. When you call it's usually a guy that although nice, but not very sensitive to the reason for your needing to see the doctor. You have to give details as to why you need to see the doctor before he considers setting up an appointment for you. I don't know how that falls under the HIPAA law. I do recommend this doctor as long as you don't mind jumping through some hoops to see her.

Dr. Katsoyannis is an excellent physician, very caring and knowledgeable. I have complete and total trust in her as a doctor for my mother who has Alzheimer's Disease. She has addressed every concern with 100 percent effectivenss and her office is well-staffed with professional, caring individuals.
