Dr. Katherine Anna Koczan, DO

This Doctor is the absolute WORST! Rude and dismissive and cares nothing about her patients! If I could have given a zero I would have.

I wish I could rate her lower than 1. I have seen Dr Koczan two times 8 years apart and both times the experience was unacceptable and unhelpful. She comes into the room with an immediate attitude. Doesn't make eye contact. Ignores questions you ask. Rolls her eyes. Puts in very little effort to exam you. Both times she tried pushing meds for depression down my throat for unrelated issues. She tries very hard to belittle and embarrass her patients. She acts as though she has something better to do. I don't understand how she is still a dr at Cleveland clinic. BOTH times I've seen her I had to see another Dr to reexamine me to discover what she didn't take the time to find out. She needs to work in another profession. So grateful she doesn't work with children.

Would give 0 stars if I could. An absolute joke of a doctor. Rude and misdiagnosed me. Just wanted me out the door. She’s a miserable person and should have her license taken away.

Dr. Koczan has the best bedside manner ever. She takes time during your office visit to listen to you as a human being, not just an appointment. She helps during concerns, worries and explains every test and medication ordered in depth. She includes you in your plan of care. Having emailed/called the office for questions, she always responds quickly. When test results come back, she emails along with them to let me know how the results are. I have been a nurse for 30 years and have seen a wide variety of physicians and in my opinion Dr Koczan is top notch!!

Doctor Katherina Koczan has a very poor bedside manner. I came to see her about a work-related injury. She came into the room and looked and talked down to me like I was wasting her time. Follow up calls to obtain medical notes for work were pointless, as she would not provide a detailed note that met my employer's specifications. Dates were wrong, and information was missing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR!

Dressed to clean out a garage. No eye contact until the visit was ending. Double-wrote two different prescriptions for brand name and generic drugs. Did not follow clinic protocol for two tests, requiring other departments to do follow up inquiries. Immature, defensive response when asked if she had previously worked at Kaiser. Everyone has a bad day, but I remember the same bad experience with her at her previous employer. She really needs to be in an administrative position that does not require patient interaction.

Very rude, no bedside manners/compassion at all. She will not go out of her way to help you at all. I will never see this Doctor again even if no one else is available I will go to the emergency room before dealing with this Doctor. Cleveland Clinic you should really look into this because she's not star rating at all. Horrible??

No manners at all, came in with a attitude of know what I had. Told her that my face hurt and I believed I was getting a sinus infection. She never touch my face Here looking in my mouth was about a 1 sec swipe of a flashlight . Very rude and did not listen at all
