A friend of mine recommended Dr. Masterpol quite a few years back. At the time she had some cancerous spots on her skin removed. She not only had amazing results but she raved about her over all experience with Dr. Masterpol. Personally I had previously seen numerous highly recommended dermatologist for rosacea. Needless to say I had zero results with any of them and I was feeling hopeless. With one last try I took the advice from my friend to call Dr. Masterpol. She really listened to my concerns unlike the others. She is the most understanding Doctor I have ever had. Knowledgeable, professional, yet personable. With her experience, my years of rosacea had disappeared in weeks!! I was beyond thrilled to gain my confidence back. My most recent visit was about a different health concern, hair loss. Again, now for the second time she regained my hopeless feeling. She explained a TON of options. Even took the time to call me herself. Which I don't find many Doctors do. Long story short,… my hair has stopped shedding. Again, regaining my confidence with her knowledge and experience! I could not Thank her enough!

Today may have been the most pleasant interaction I've ever had with a doctor for any medical need. I met with Dr. Masterpol today and couldn't have left more impressed. Not only with her knowledge of Dermatology but also just my general interactions with her were fantastic. She's just recently taken over the practice from Dr. Ellerin and the practice itself could not be in better hands. I never once felt rushed during our appointment as she gave me all the time I needed to not only tell my story regarding why I'd come in but she also took the time to ask many follow up questions to make sure she was getting all the information she might have needed. Dr. Masterpol presented amazing bed-side manner in a day and age where that doesn't exist anymore. I only wish she practiced as a Primary Care! She's opening up a new location for the practice in Woburn this week and I know that I'll be continuing to go to her in the future for any dermatological needs. I cannot recommend her enough.
