My experience with Katherine was extremely disappointing. From the start, I felt like just another number. She was curt, barely explained what was going on, and didn't take the time to listen to my concerns. During a particularly sensitive moment, she seemed impatient and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even worse. The hospital setting only amplified the problem — I understand it's a busy environment, but basic empathy and communication shouldn't be sacrificed. I left the encounter feeling unheard, confused, and emotionally unsupported. I eventually sought care elsewhere and was shocked at the contrast. Patients deserve to feel safe and informed, especially in such vulnerable circumstances. I would strongly caution others before seeing Katherine.
