I was new coming to Spokane and had had a fabulous well known Dermatologist in Seattle. Someone recommended Dr Reed to me and I couldn’t be happier. She is as good or better than the doctor I had in Seattle. Now if I could only find a good GP I would be thrilled.

Love Dr. Reed but the office is chronically late and the front office staff is rude and difficult to work with. Thinking of switching providers because of the office

Dr. Reed is friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I feel like I am well cared for by her and enjoy the time I spend with her.

Dr. Reed is an outstanding physician and wickedly smart. I've been to several dermatologists in my life and she by far the most knowledgeable on my complex issues. But on top of that, she is also friendly and willing to take the time to talk to a patient about her concerns. I highly recommend her.

Had a very good first experience with Dr Reed recently. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. Very professional and still friendly, excellent bedside manner. Asked several times if I had any questions or concerns. Immediately offered a definitive treatment plan and explained her reasoning while also leaving choice for me and making clear that there were alternates if I wanted to go a different direction. I totally felt like I am in good hands with Dr. Reed. Wait was a tad bit long but it was a mid-afternoon appointment so not uncommon for offices to be running a bit behind. Docked a star for the staff only because the nurse/assistant didn't introduce herself when taking me back. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful.
