I had great experience with Dr. Richman. She is the doctor you want to have in your medical team.

I was originally scheduled for only sonohysterogram. However, she explained that it would be better to reschedule because first of all I was on the wrong time in my cycle and also it is better to do HSG procedure at the same time since both procedures use the same tube and can be done all together. She explained the procedures and plans thoroughly and answered all my questions. She explained things in a way that is easy for me to understand. She also gave me useful information and recommendations. I came back later for the procedures. She went through the plans and made sure I understood and was ready. The procedures were performed smoothly and other staffs were nice, too. I am grateful that she cares her patient and treats me as human being. She is a kind and professional doctor.

I had a sonohysterogram today performed by Dr. Richman. I was fairly nervous and apprehensive about the procedure, but Dr. Richman was personable and friendly, explained everything thoroughly and really eased my anxiety. Her bedside manner is fabulous! The beginning of procedure was uncomfortable but Dr. Richman was obviously very experienced and skilled, and it was over before I knew it. She spent time with me after the procedure showing me what she found and giving me both specific and general health advice. I loved her!!!

Dr. Richman is an outstanding physician. She is compassionate and it is clear that she cares deeply about her patients. She came highly recommended and I had her perform two procedures on me throughout my fertility treatment. The first was a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) two years ago and recently a sonohystogram (SHG). As I understand it these are delicate and tricky procedures. She performed both very quickly, which is great because the HSG in particular is known to be unavoidably painful. She found an issue in the SHG that she was able to resolve during the exam, and this will avoid additional doctor visits and procedures for me in the future. Dr. Richman was cheering me on the entire time during both procedures. She explained the procedures beforehand, described what was happening during them, and then carefully answered any remaining questions afterwards. I have experienced very few doctors who go to such lengths to make sure I am so well informed and as comfortable as… possible. She is also remarkably upbeat and wished me the sincerest good luck for getting pregnant (which I ultimately did and am now working on #2!).

Dr. Richman and staff were great. They were very informative and comforting.
