Rude and arrogant ! Shen is an employee of Westmed and treated me like a paycheck. No outside practice at all so her $$$ come from Westmed. Shen could care less about your health as she is self absorbed and not practicing medicine but a course in the business of medicine. Shen never even realized I was a patient!

A simple visit to Dr. Shen for ear wax removal turned in to an insensitive, rude and inappropriate lecture about hearing loss. No doctor should address a patient and his family members with arrogance, and no doctor should be so rough during simple wax removal. We quickly found another ENT.

This doctor has the rare combination of amazing bedside manner and professionalism. She made me comfortable about a surgery I was extremely anxious/worried about. She answered all my question and has never left me in the dark. She is approachable and seems caring and even called me a couple hours after surgery to see how I was feeling. My friend also went to her for a more serious surgery than mine and left with the same impression. Although I went through a painful procedure, I feel I was in the best hands possible! Thanks Dr. Shen!! (ps, i know this seems like i'm kissing toucas but seriously, she's GREAT!!!)

waited a long time to see the doc. went there for a script on a sleep study..... she or her staff never called in to the sleep study center so after two weeks i called her office and they said oooh most people never follow through and get the test done. after sleep study done i called for results and they said to come in but they did not have results in their office. what a joke!!! getting report and moving on to a new doc!! dont recommend her no bedside manor and her staff sucks!!!!

Dr. Shen saw me at the last minute. I had a severe sinus infection and she was very concerned and followed up a week later. She also checked with my OB in person if the meds she planned on rx were safe while pregnant. overall very happy with Dr. Shen.
