Dr. Katherine Ke Wang, MD

Dr. Wang is an incredible problem solver, her staff got my insurance to cover the Botox I need to live a life not defined by pain. She urged me to get the surgery that allows me to move my head and continues to treat her patients even during this COVID situation. She is kind, understanding, and very smart. I recommend her with the highest praise.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wang's for a couple of months now. When she gives a diagnosis or identifies a problem, I believe her. There is none of the well it could be this or it could be that, but we should check for...For instance, I went to the ER one day when she wasn't in her office when I had a level 10 migraine and the nurse took me back. She grabbed all the gear for an IV, a blood panel, a urine sample, and mentioned a CAT scan. Dr. Wang would have come into the room identified the problem, fixed it, and I would have been done in less than five minutes. That is what I am talking about. Some may take her decisiveness/confidence as brusque or rude. I think that for her, she is just addressing the problem, fixing it, and then she's ready for the next patient. I call that dedication...

After waiting 70 minutes (was told she was over booked), I made the mistake of asking her why no X-rays were taken before my botox injections. After a curt response from her (been doing it for 17 years, can tell by feel), I was done under 5 minutes, no conversation or follow-up suggested. Arrogant and unlikeable to say the least. Her front desk staff are also clueless, calling her Dr.Wong instead of Wang...unbelievable!

I did not feel comfortable with her integrity or analytical abilities. She speaks English very poorly. She spends a lot of time but it did not seem productive.

She is professional, caring, and takes the time she needs to give you the best care. She seems very knowledgeable about new treatments but doesn't discount the tried-and-true. I highly recommend this doctor!
