Dr. Kathie Lee Cronin, MD

Dr. Cronin has been the best Dr I have ever had. She takes time to listen and truly cares about your well being.

She constantly referred to me as “people like you” or when referring to the fact I had Medi-Cal/Medicare as “people with YOUR insurance usually don’t get covered.” She would also constantly remind me how Sutter Gould doesn’t even accept low income/public health insurance and stress how lucky I was to have been grandfathered in. I finally got tired of being talked down to and belittled. It was very obvious she saw me as only half a paycheck and wanted nothing to do with me. After a year and I half I transferred doctors.

I've had a relationship w/Sutter Dr's for 29 yrs & have been well taken care of. So when I had to choose a new primary (due to mine leaving) I felt confident I would be in good hands! Never thought about the need to have to read reviews? Now I wish I had done just that on Dr. Cronin. :( Sutter reviews as well as the other on-line reviews. In my opinion Dr. Cronin has no business being in this profession. Her bedside manner is the rudest I've ever witnessed. Talks down to you, not to you. Very condescending. My opinion she is a loose cannon & because she has power, she uses it to play God! She has no regard for her patients health or feelings. She will co-pay you to death. She purposely delays your meds. Her, nor her Nurse acknowledges refill requests, e-mails, pharmacy faxes and or calls? I'm on my 2nd month of doing without one of my meds for a wk+? One would question what oath she took? Also because of her neglect she put me on a med that was already on my allergy list? I didn't… catch, due to it being under a diff name. I started losing my vision, balance, weight, etc. After seeing multiple specialist and expensive tests re: my symptoms, including her, no-one could diagnose me, because she dropped the ball AGAIN & didn't add it to my current med list? No-one could see i was on the med. It was myself & a friend that started researching everything new she had put me on & found what she had done! When I brought it to her attention her only response to me was, maybe you should find another provider to fit my needs?? That has been the only CORRECT thing she has said thus far! Run... As Dr. Cronin said, find another provider...

I have been seeing Dr Cronin for about 2 years now. She was an okay doctor at first and seemed to slightly care about her patients. However. lately she has been declining. Very hard getting appointments and there is no effort made into accommodating the patient. I was having URI issues and was asking why this is happening, what could cause it and if she could give me any advice on medications and/or prescribe it. She ignored everything and stated I can see someone else and she would "understand" ifI had to change my PCP. Really?! Very rude and dismissive. When I asked her about a throat issue, instead of giving me information how to take care of it or the possible reasons why it is happening, she tell me i can be referred to ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat). What the heck is that? Your my PCP! TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS AND AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU CARE!

U r awesome. Love you bed side manners. Your over 30 years of experience and your knowledge make u more powerful. You give more than enough time to ur patients. We can talk to u as many problems and yes, u do have answers for all. U give 30 min to your over 70 years patients.  Respect u a lot.  U become part of family. I have no words than saying Thank God for sending Dr. CR

This is the worse Dr. I have ever been to see. She does not seem to care at all about her patients health. She does the very least required by a doctor. If you really have a serious illness go to another Dr. My son, who was delivered by Kathie Cronin, was boon with a serious problem, that Kathie denied him having. However, after taking him to a specialist he now receives ongoing care. If she is your MD, good luck.

Dr Cronin has been our family dr for almost 30 years and has seen us through cancer, a stabbing and the usual multitude of childhood and family illnesses. She is the first dr I ever met who says, "I don't know. Let's find out." That's her approach: partnership all the way, and it's been like that since I first met her in 1979.

Dr. Cronin is the first doctor who ever ordered a blood panel on me and diagnosed my medical issues. She has always been professional and concerned and I have no complaints.

i unfortunately had to change doctors due to kaisers policy and that is who I have heath ins. with....i have been a patient of Dr Cronin for atleast 8 yrs.she's been great and i will miss her..

Dr. Cronin is a great doctor. She did a full blood panel on me and found out I had low thyroid. I was at Kaiser for 3 years complaining about symptoms and they never bothered. She has a very professional manner, and is very efficient. I've gotten great healthcare with her.
