Her goal is to help relieve any fear of injury/re-injury for her patients and to help them increase their quality of life. “I have found that with age we become less care-free, less confident in our bodies, and less willing to do the things we once loved. I maintain my life balance by being intentional with each task. I try my best to give all my focus towards one task at a time so I can be present for every experience from work to play to my relationships.”
