Dr. Kathleen Chun Rong Ban

Her clinic is clean without feeling sterile - there is a warmth, ease, and comfort to the place that is so often missing in medical facilities. Of course, she and her wonderful staff are a big part of creating the atmosphere, and Kathleen showed such care, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness in diagnosing my issues and establishing a treatment plan. She found and showed me on the x-ray panels and video screens that I clearly have cavities in places that at least 3 other dentists have completely missed over the years. These were in hard-to-see places, and, I feel that, because of her attention to detail and how technologically advanced her clinic is, she is able to spot issues that many other dentists will miss. I went to Kathleen because two of the previous dentists had tried to resolve an issue with one of my fillings by grinding down the filling, as they both assumed my pain was coming from the filling rubbing against the adjacent tooth. After each of those previous… treatments, the pain subsided for awhile but then returned. Kathleen properly diagnosed that the filling was actually loose, so she removed and replaced it, and I am now pain-free. I am very grateful to Dr. Ban for her skill and care and highly recommend her.

Dr. Ban and her staff are very friendly. They make you feel comfortable, answer your questions, and guide you through their procedures.
