Appointment was short and no-nonsense. She referred me to a non surgical specialist and got me in the same day, which I appreciated as I do not want surgery for my issue. Recommended!

KATHLEEN BARTUNEK was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me. At one point, she apparently wanted to exam my nose. She did not tell me she was going to exam my nose, did not ask me to remove my mask, and did not warn me that she was going to remove my mask. She forcefully pulled the mask away from my face, which caused pain behind my ears. Once she was done with the exam, she let the mask snap back onto my face, which also caused pain on my face. I feel incredibly violated by this and cannot believe a physician would treat a patient this way.

Incredibly rude and condescending - even when she's wrong.

She is very caring & direct. She is very smart & diagnosed a dangerous medical condition that others had misdiagnosed.

I work at OSU and went to the urgent care close to my home, I was treated like a drug seeker. She was very dismissive .

If it's all possible please stay way from this doctor. So when a Doctor starts belittling you injury and starts telling you when she had the same injury and she recovered fine. It's time to move and pray to the power that be. You never have to cross pass with this doctor. How is it she's a Doctor? I guess like any professional field, there's a bad apple in every bunch. As a patient, you have a voice and be a steward of your health because there are some doctors out there. Who do not care or give a $#% #$#$# about you? So ask questions, argue , disagree, you have an opinion and it matters. Just because they went to college and graduated from medical doesn't mean they're smarter than you. It just means they're student loan is larger and they probably defaulted on it and you as a tax payer is paying for their degree. So, be the power of change. Remember, you're paying for their service!
