Extremely dissatisfied with this practice's front office. Wait times are super long, unfriendly, and lack organization. I have called multiple times now to pick up the copy of my medical records that I requested a month ago. Every time I'm told a message has been sent to the "medical record department" and they have not responded and to wait for a call back. They were requested in person and in writing with the front desk on 5/5/25. This lack of information and communication from your practice is unacceptable. I have no idea when to expect anything or if my request has even been received as the 1st time I called, they acted like they couldn't locate the request. Same run around from front desk on improper billing on literally every bill and charge. No interest in helping resolve issues. Delayed processing of literally everything. Last minute lab scheduling, Lack of email capabilities internally, lack of care from your staff. My last ordered CT scan with contrast was denied by my… insurance as not medically necessary so I cancelled my follow-up appointment as I had no test to review. I informed your office and a professional response would of been "oh wow, let me see if the Doctor can resubmit the request with more info on why it's medically necessary" But no the response was "Ok but so you know if you have a heart attack or other issue in the meantime, we are not responsible... and goodbye" It's sad you have to run a business based on defense versus giving a ---- about your customers or trying to help correct the issues. I expect a call back within a week with actual information including when I can pick up my medical records to bring to my new cardiologist before I take to Yelp, BBB, and the medical board.

Takes time to understand patients needs!

The doctor was more interested in answering her spam one calls during my visit than asking me about my pain

Dr. Benson is the best Doctor you could ever hope to find. She is caring, intelligent, kind, patient, and knows her stuff like no other. She will take her time and give you the attention you require. She never rushes you out or leaves your appointment without answering all your questions. When you are dealing with heart issues it is your life that is in her hands and the trust is well earned. You might have a wait to see her but that happens when you receive this kind of care. Great doctors have a busy waiting room. She is outstanding and her partner Dr. Singh is very talented as well. I feel VERY fortunate to have found this practice and doctors to care for me.

I like the doctor and her NP, but her staff is so unorganized and rude. Wait time is horrible! Every time I have an appointment it’s at least two hours sitting in the waiting room that is really small with very little seating. Doctor ordered a heart monitor for me and my appointment time was 10:30 and wasn’t called back until 12:00. It took only 10 minutes to put the monitor on, so why the wait time? This will be my last time with this office.

Dr. Benson is great, BUT her office is undoubtedly the most poorly run Doctors office I have ever been in. I've had multiple appointments over the last several years and on several visits I've been forced to wait over 3 hours to see the Doctor.

Dr benson is a great doctor she made sure she sees every patient even after hours she will not leave until everyone is seen when she enters the exam room she lets you know your important to her and makes you feel your getting the best she has to give. I trust this doctor with my life. I did have to wait a bit but it's a doctors office you expect to wait. DrBenson made me feel safe and when I left her office I felt safe thank you

Dr benson is a very caring person first and a doctor second.she is very good and knows the heart conditions like she knows her name. I trust her with my serious heart condition and my life She has been honest with me all along I know I'm facing death and I hope she is there when it happens.i know dr.benson will keep me alive as long as she can and that's all anyone can ask for for this I'm greatful to her she has taken great care of me and that's all I could ask for in a human being first and the best Doctor anyone-could ask for I am so greatful to have her treating my heart failure i thank you dr benson for all you have done and will continue to do for me your the greatest thAnk You If u have to wait a small amount of time she is well worth it. I don't no any doctor's office when u don't have to wait at least she knows her job.She is very special.

The best therre is carying and If you have a heart problem there is no one better than dr benson k she knows her kraft great doctor
