I don't understand the bad reviews. When my daughter was really sick with strep throat (not your usual strep but really bad she didn't just prescribe antibiotic and send us home. She called Children's Hospital so they took us right away and didn't have to wait hours which they kept her for observation, gave her pain medicine and IV antibiotics. We waited until the next day to see if she needed surgery to drain her tonsil. Most doctors would have just prescribed meds and sent us home and left her suffering. After we got home the pain was still so bad she cried all day so I called Dr Blumer (she called back on the weekend in about 8 minutes and prescribed her a strong anti inflammatory (2 days supply) and after that she was getting better and could do without them. If my kids are really sick they say come now and we'll fit you in but you might have to wait a little bit. We usually only wait 30 minutes even when we didn't have an appointment. That RARELY happens but when it's bad they… take really good care of us.. She told me on the phone to make another appointment for a couple of days to recheck her throat. Great follow-up. She also called the hospital to check on her. These people don't make any sense not to mention they don't even leave a comment as to why the bad review.
