Dr. Kathleen S. Boyd has been providing exceptional endodontic care since 1994. Dr. Boyd earned her undergraduate degree, dental degree, Master of Science degree and Endodontic Certificate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.Â She completed an endodontics residency there as well.
To stay up-to-date on all the latest advancements in the field of endodontics, Dr. Boyd maintains active memberships with the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontics, North Carolina Dental Society, Rowan County Dental Society, and the Tarheel Endodontic Association.
Dr. Boyd gives back to the community by being a volunteer dentist at the Rowan County Community Care Clinic and through her service as board member of the Salisbury Community Foundation. In her leisure time, she is a competitive runner and a mother of three children.

I had an abscessed tooth and was really scared about getting the root canal to fix it. My dentist in Cornelius told me about Dr. Boyd in Salisbury, and said it was worth the drive, so I went. It could not have been any easier than Dr. Boyd and her team made it. I no longer fear root canals, and my tooth is completely pain free.

Can't comment about the other reviews but I have root canals done by 3 other endodontists and Dr. Boyd is far and away the best. .The root canals have stood the test of time. She does them quickly, because she knows what she is doing.

She is rude as everything. Do not come here. Go to mooreseville and see dr shuping.

My first root canal and the office staff made this as pleasant as possible. Dr Boyd is very businesslike and very fast and experienced.
