Dr. Kathleen Ann Boyls, MD

Literally every single time I tak3 my daughter to an appointment with Dr. Boyls she's very late. I make sure to always arrive 15 mins early, yet it never fails...I'll sit and wait for over an hour. A couple times it was a couple hours. I just don't understand. I have always wondered what she's actually doing back there, because she's only in the room with us for a few mins. Wait for 2 hours for 5 mins of your time. Take your child somewhere else!!! About a month ago I brought my daughter in and after arriving was told they had scheduled the appointment wrong and would have to reschedule. Ummm. I took off work and took her outta School! They're wasn't a soul in the waiting room. Extremely irritating.

She has poor bedside manners. Very rude. She will talk over you and refuses to listen to any of your concerns or even comments. I brought my kid a few times to see her and each time is the same. Needless to say, I switched doctors.

Long wait to be seen. Diagnosed my son with something he’s never had an issue with. Did not listen to me and dismissed everything I said. Her attitude comes across as “don’t question me because I’m the doctor” and makes her bed side manner terrible. Had one visit and never went back.

She's very rude.

Staff is rude, every appointment we wait in waiting room for 45 mins after our appointment time. we can never get an appointment for the same week or the next

Dr. Boyls is an excellent physician. I would recommend her to my family and friends. She has a special skill with children, especially babies, and there is never a long wait to see her. Highly recommend.
