Dr. Kathleen Callender

I have not been able to determine her professional quality. However, a procedure was done on me, and the nurse & technician prepared me and talked to me about it, but she came in the room made a comments to them about some subject about the office.Then, she performed the procedure. At no time did she greeted me nor introduced herself, nor addressed me. Only at the end of the procedure she asked me from behind: "Are you OK?" and walked out without even looking at me. A simple "Hi" when she came in would have been Ok. Better and more professional, she should have told me who she was and give me her name. Her behavior was totally unacceptable from both the professional and personal standpoints. Unfortunately, she is under contract with the Veterans Administration and has to deal with people that have defended our country and deserve respect and good treatment.
