Dr. Kathleen Casper

My 83 year old mother loved her appointment with Dr. Casper and felt completely at ease with her. She took all the time needed to answer questions and get a full history. Very professional and competent in every way.

Asked physician to tell us about our mom's condition. Physician said she would call us back. Never returned our call, and when calling the office did not speak to us, but had the office staff tell us she was only dealing with one member of the family in Chicago. The Chicago family was giving us misinformation about our mom, (a fore mentioned patient)This was very unprofessional as we were in another state, Ohio, and wanting the correct information on our mom which only the Dr.could provide, and chose not to.
