We visited with Katie Collins at Schoolhouse Road Pediatrics for an ADHD evaluation consult. We brought completed surveys as directed to do so and was under the impression this was a consultation. Everything seemed good until we were walking out. Katie Collins was in a room just behind the nurse station complaining very loudly about having to add up the numbers and complete the evaluation. There were two open doors where she was and the waiting area was able to hear her rant. Just as we left out the door, my daughter turned to me and asked if I heard her. My heart sank. I went back to the office and let them know about what had happened. The Schoolhouse Road Pediatrics manager helped us to switch providers and was apologetic on behave of the practice. I went to Schoolhouse Road for my entire childhood and the past 13 years I have been there with my daughter. We have never experienced a moment like this at Schoolhouse Road Pediatrics and they have always been wonderful. Specifically,… Katie Collins’ behavior was extremely unprofessional and insensitive.
