Several years ago the doctor did an excellent job of removing my mothers thyroid, it was huge, it had grown into her collarbone and had several cancerous nodules. Mother's scar is larger because of the size of the thyroid, but she didn't have any complications, no nerve damage to her face or neck and her voice wasn't affected. We were told that she's a serious doctor, no small talk. We would recommend her for thyroid surgery.

Intelligent doctor who knows what she is doing. Very through and all about your health and well being. Excellent support staff.

Don't listen to these bad reviews. Dr. C-W is absolutely the best. She saved my voice and my life when I experienced complications with my thyroid removal a few years ago. She is professional, no-nonsense and a straight-talker. She took time during my follow-up to explain everything that went on during the surgery, and was very honest and caring. I love her!

She was horrible. I honestly think she confused me with other patients. She even had me down for the wrong thyroid surgery and when the hospital staff had me speak with her before they wheeled me in (on the phone) she just blew me off. She told me 3 different diagnoses. Before the surgery, she told me it was cancer. After the surgery, she told me it was not cancer, but she knew that all along. 4 days later she called me and told me it was cancer per the biopsy results. She told us so many different things, everything went wrong. I have the ugliest, biggest, scar from the surgery even after 2 years. She only believes in Tylenol, so good luck with the pain. I should have ran after the initial needle biopsy. She was having problems with one section and even though my head was almost upside down, I could see her face. She looked like an angry, female Chucky doll and started jabbing the needle in me. My fault. I should have ran to another surgeon. I was told she was one of the… best thyroid surgeons. She told me my scar would be 3x smaller than it actually is, so maybe she had problems, but she didn't tell me about it, that was beneath her to do so. Find a good surgeon. Do not settle for anything else. This surgery scarred me emotionally and physically.

I should have read the reviews first. She was awful, rude and should retire asap. Bedside manner was a nightmare and straight to the point was okay but the tone of voice she used was like you had to stand in the corner for asking a question.

She was straight forward. Told me what I needed. We scheduled surgery. She did exactly what she told me she was going to do. I was worried about the scaring, because I had seen some hatchet jobs from some other doctors. My scar is almost non existent!!!!! She is fantastic. I recommend her to anyone I know with a thyroid problem.

Dr. Kathleen-Crews has big personal problems. She brings her personal issues to work. She has a a terrible temper and does not know how to control her temper. She thinks that she is the only one with personal problems. I don't think she learned how to control her manners in medical school. She has terrible bedside manners and she needs to work on her temper because it is very bad.

Dr. Williams was extremely professional. She answered all my questions before I could even ask them. She will not speculate on anything until she has concrete information. She never did anything without explaining what she was doing first. I always knew what to expect in regards to the procedure. If you want a doctor who is going to coddle and sugar coat everything, she is not for you. But if you want straight honest answers and just the facts, she is the BEST!

I have never in all my years seeing a physician,had one to belittle me as much as this physician.She spoke down to me and my wife during the complete exam. She did a thyroid ultrasound,during which my wife ask her to point the nodular out to her(which is why I was seeing her)and she refused.I fill I wasted my time and money seeing her because of her attitude. I not sure I received the correct diagnosis.
