Dr. Kathleen Gingery Engel, DDS

I have gone to her a few times. Every time she wanted to change a bondo on a front tooth that had been there for 20+ yrs for aesthetic purposes. No one ever noticed the tooth. The last time I went the hygienist pulled it off while doing the cleaning. I did not realize it while I was there. I told her and Dr. Engel it felt scratchy. They "buffed" it, which did not help. I looked in the mirror when I got to work and called them. They said it was already like that. I finally insisted on going back that evening to have it fixed. I was not going to walk around missing 1/2 of a front tooth. The entire time I was there they made me feel like a lier, saying it was already like that. My teeth are in immaculate shape. Definitely would have noticed 1/2 of one missing. I insisted they look at the old X-ray. Even with evidence they still denied doing it. Part of the front of her fix has now chipped of and I will have to fix. Of course, I did receive a bill for this. I will not be returning.
