Disappointing experience I went to this doctor because I had a rash that wasn’t going away. It ultimately turned out to be a fungal infection. When I asked what I could do to prevent it from happening again, the conversation was redirected toward my weight. The doctor went back to blood work from 2024 and pointed out that my sugar levels had been elevated, then suggested that this was the reason I was experiencing the infection. I felt that this was an inappropriate way to handle my appointment, especially when I was there for a specific medical concern. Patients should feel that their concerns are being addressed without feeling judged or having the appointment redirected toward unrelated personal opinions. I believe doctors should keep the focus on the reason the patient came in and provide appropriate, evidence-based guidance rather than allowing personal viewpoints to interfere with patient care.

What was most memorable was that she was awfully rude, disrespectful and impatient. What would I tell others about her - If you want to be verbally abused, she is the one you want for your doctor. Would I choose this doctor again? No Note: When I go see a doctor - someone I don't know personally - I expect to be treated the way I would treat them.

I highly recommend Dr. Hallinan as a doctor who listens, acts and has the knowledge to get to the source of your medical problem. She is an excellent doctor.
