Kathleen Jones

I recently visited the ER for a leg injury and was attended by Dr. Jones, along with 2 other Docs. Her treatment was the worst I have had in a long time - brusque, impersonal, and inattentive. She saw me twice - first in the ER and then to discharge me the next day from the Hospital. At first, in the ER, I thought she was just having a bad day as she showed little interest in listening to what I had to say about my injury and unable to even say my name. She kept calling me 'Mister'. All the other attendees in the ER, both Docs and Nurses, were careful to ensure they were talking to the correct patient by saying my name and asking my birthdate, but not her. It seemed like she couldn't wait to find the exit. As I said, I chalked this off to her having a bad day but the next day on discharge she repeated the same behavior - calling me 'Mister'; constantly looking for an exit; avoiding eye contact. I don't often write these kinds of reviews but feel I had to in order to warn other… prospective patients away. Worst bedside manner ever!
