I have been a patient for 8 years and I will not be back. I was treated by office stuff like my time and money isn’t valuable to them so I will take my business elsewhere.

The service is terrible. They are never on time for their appointments, their billing isn't standardized so you have no idea what you're paying for a normal appointment. You spend longer in the lobby than in the room because they do not care about you, they just want your money. When I voiced concerns the physician's assistant got nasty with me & yelled about how healthcare costs money. Then they ruined my charts & discontinued me from a prescription program, so I've got a whole headache to take care of because she's an idiot. This place is awful. Someone else wrote that this place is like the Jiffy Lube of dermatology & I wholeheartedly agree.

I liked her very much. She helped me with my problem and I have seen her several times. She is kind and caring and I would certainly recommend her to a family member or friend.

Due to the long wait for Dr. Judge I was seen sooner by her assistant who was very pleasant and proficient. She gave me a medicine that resolved the problem I had been dealing with for over one year within 1 week. No follow up was needed. I did not receive any sales pitches for cosmetology services!

With each and every appointment I have had over many years I found all of the staff at Central Florida Dermatology Associates to be extremely friendly, warm and courteous. The atmosphere at the office is welcoming and Dr. Judge and her assistants are top drawer professionals. They know their craft and it doesn't take Dr. Judge nor her Physician's Assistant long to assess one's dermalogical health. They are quick, to the point and through their up to date continuing education in their field know exactly that for which they are looking over your entire body. Therefore, one feels in good hands with this extremely trustworthy Dermatologist. Dr. Judge has also developed a fine line of skin care products which I have purchased and used over the years named Vitaliaderma Hyperpigmentation System. She and her staff are fine representatives of both her products and their own personal skin care. Dr. Judge, herself has skin that just glows (even without a trace of makeup)! Many other… services, are also available there with highly qualified Esthetists.

She is the worst drmatologist I have ever visited. I am a self pay patient. She charged $150 for the examination. I have a pre existing condition of edema which I told her about. She prescribes a $365 cream that I cannot afford to buy. On top of that the office called the wrong pharmacy despite of taking my pharmacy's number from me. She didn't prescribe the medicine that I told her worked for me in the past. Totally inconsiderate and unprofessional doctor. I will never ever go to her or recommend her to anyone.

I had the worst experience with local dermatologist Dr. Kathleen Judgeâ??s office. I was 8 minutes late for my 11AM appointment and they refused to see me, even though I called to let them know I was running late. Then, when I got there, they said I had to fill out my paperwork. I reminded them I had done it online the night before, per their instructions. Unfortunately, they had not bothered to review it. Next, they said they had already taken the 11:15 appointment back in my place. I said, â??Great, then I will take the 11:15 appointment. â?? They said no, since it would interfere with their lunch. What? It was 11:08 and they were more interested in lunch than treating patients. To make it worse, at my last appointment, I had to wait over an hour for Dr. Judge. Apparently, waiting an hour for the doctor was perfectly fine, but me being 8 minutes late was not. Do not waste your time going to this practice. They obviously do not care about their patients.

Dr. Judge is a sellout. We five years have passed, Dr. Judge's practice has grown and now includes a spa (?), but sadly my visit was an extreme disappointment. First the waiting room was huge, cold, echoey and uncomfortable. Also, the Vitalia products are over priced creams with no medical benifit. Do not waste your money. Too bad! Good doctors are so rare, and now Dr. Judge seems to have joined the ranks of the bad ones who are just in it for the money.Dr, Judger arrived with two other women. In the crowded quarters it felt like a small army was examining me. Dr. Judge offered no explanation for the excess people. She only spent 3 mins. examining me, didn't even glance at my face or the back of my neck (I was there for a yearly check up), pronounced me fine, and was about to leave as I tried to ask a couple questions. I got the feeling I was keeping her from the patients who were having more expensive procedures done. Very disappointed.

I read the unfavorable ratings on Dr. Judge's office, and I must disagree. I found them to be very nice, professional and caring. Also, Dr. Judge is very thorough and that's what I want in a doctor. So, I highly recommend her and her staff.
