Dr. Kathleen Sue Knoebel, MD

This is the worst doctors I have ever seen. She is very rude, never listen, and doesn't care or like kids. She just try to get you out in 5 mins after 1 hr wait in the clinc. If you want your kids to have nightmare, then check her out

DWhile we love Dr. Knoebel for all the years my son has been seeing her and drive quite a distance, I am extremely disappointed with this office. I hate the lack of consideration and courtesy of your office and staff to patients and family. While your office states that you take pride in seeing the sick patients, I feel your staff totally disregard those that set up appointments. Your office lack communication and the organization to really care for ALL your patients. It seems the office only wants to achieve volumes. Every annual check up, we wait 45 minutes or more. These are appointments we made months before. Our most recent appointments made AHEAD of time were just for vaccines to see the nurse that did not necessitate seeing the doctor and waited nearly an hour (yes, 55 minutes) only to be seen for two minutes. The injection took less than a minute to be administered! Totally ridiculous! I verbalized my frustration to your nurse and did not have any empathy,… unapologetic attitude. Treated just like a number not a person. I requested for your office manager and ditd not follow through. I refuse to wait and waste additional time for people who do not sincerely care.

This doctor's office is atrocious. Disgusting. I took my baby to get her 3 month well visit, and I had noticed how dirty the office was before, but this time they had failed to change the paper on the table and there was poop on the actual table and questionable brown markings on the wall next to the table. I told the nurse that the room was filthy, so she came in, and literally gave the table a two second wipe down with a clorox wipe, leaving the poop behind. It consistently takes close to an hour, if not longer, to see the actual doctor, who would rather prescribe medication than to talk to you and find out if there is anything else to be done before medicating your child.
