Dr. Kathleen Ann Moreno, MD

In a previous comment someone said that Dr. Moreno was an aggressive biller. This was not my experience. She gave me the option of having a payment plan that fit within my financial capability.

I would not recommend Dr. Moreno. Her treatment regimen seems to rely on archaic form questionnaires and hit-or-miss prescribing of medications as opposed to investigating the underlying issues as part of a treatment regiment. Further, I witnessed a surprising lack of etiquette and deftness in addressing touchy patient matters. and Dr. Moreno seems to have a keen focus on aggressive billing over treatment outcomes. If you are looking for a professional who will take the time to understand patient issues and a who will construct a proactive and effective treatment plan, look elsewhere.

Dr. Moreno knows what she's doing. She responds promptly and is very professional. Highly recommended.

please find ANY other person than this doctor. A homeless person on the street will be of better help to you than her. She'd be a great internist as she she's things only in black and white but mental health has infinite shares of gray. I hope this helps
