Dr. Kathleen M Norton, MD

Dr Norton is a great physician. She is very knowledgable and keeps herself current on treatment protocols. She is an excellent communicator and answers questions completely, making sure the patient understands. She puts her patients first. She knows the Beaumont system very well and recognizes when a specialist referral is required. She will refer you to the best, and actively coordinate to make sure the patient need is handled. She cares about her patients, and she demonstrates it by her behavior. One of the very best! We are thankful to her for excellent care and grateful that she is our physician.

EXCELLENT FOLLOW-UP

Dr. Norton has a very gentle way about her. She is non-judgmental, presents the facts and her suggestions for a plan. She cares and listens to that extent. I have had to contact her once after hours, through her service and never did I feel like she being bothered by responding to me after hours.My only suggestion is her support nurse who I felt did not really want to be where she was. This was my experience - I hesitate to mention it because her attitude is so different than the caring attitude of Dr. Norton. I pulled Dr. Norton from the internet, read about her and scheduled my appointment. I have never had a physician like her and recommend her to anyone, especially a woman.
