She was the doctor who saved my childs life. She got him the right attention when he needed it and helped us get answers and treatments that were life changing. She has also taken care of another one of my children and was prompt in getting her the care needed. I will forever be grateful for the care that she gives my children. Thank you Dr Pfeffer!

They failed to bill the insurance and the billing group is nearly impossible to reach. The office staff could not reach them and also were not able to quickly find it. They would give a date and time realize that was wrong and then give another. They did that 3 times before they got the right date and time.
