Dr. Kathleen Marie Phelan, MD

The receptionists at pro healthcare make it nearly impossible to get an appointment with Dr Phelan. When I do see her I don’t feel like she has the time to listen to my concerns. Most of the time the clinic just tells me to go to urgent care or to schedule my appointments 6 or more months in advance. I’ve seen her for many years and don’t think I should continue going there as they make it too difficult.

I've learned that you don't actually want your doctor to take a personal interest in you. You want a call from their nurse a couple days after the results come in. But when you get bad results -- that would be devastating. With Dr. Phelan, not only does she get you in the right hands, get the right tests ordered, and make sure to get to the bottom of the problem but if there IS something wrong SHE takes you through it. Dr. Phelan has called me personally as late as 9 pm once to put my mind at ease. I will always opt for the most skilled physician -- that Dr. Phelan also provides truly compassionate care is something I'm truly grateful for.
