Dr. Kathleen Mary Scroggins, MD

Very condescending and judgmental. She was my provider when I went to Doctor's Care recently and she did not even address the issue I went there for. I even told her I did not appreciate her attitude and she had nothing to say - she just walked out of the room. Horrible experience with her. Horrible!

Dr. Scoggins is a Great Doctor she gives you the time it takes to treat your medical condition. She follows up with you on your medical problems! I totally recommended her!!

Had the worst experience with her, ever. Made my first and last appointment with dr. Scroggins for 3pm today. I showed up at 2:40, sat in the EMPTY waiting room until 3:20. After finally getting called back, I sat in the exam room with the nurse while she took my vitals/history/etc. Dr. Scroggins walks in and does not even acknowledge me, then walks out again. The nurse leaves and says the doctor will be in shortly. Fast forward to 3:50, almost ONE HOUR after my appointment was scheduled for, I told the receptionist to tell the doctor I had left. I understand doctors like to take their time but the place was empty. I have better things to do than wait for a doctor who clearly lacks any respect for others. I am truly disgusted with how things went today!!

I was a new patient, I made a mistake and scheduled my appt. at 2:30 which I found out was not a good idea. I have a daughter getting off the bus at 4pm. I asked the receptionist if she thought I would be out of the office at 3:50 so i could be home in time to get her. The receptionist was pretty friendly she said it all depends on the people ahead of you. So I finally get called back at 3:00. I asked the nurse her opinion if she thought I would get out in time. she was very very very rude. she stood there and yelled at me like i was a child! She said there is no way no way that will happen. she said I will even ask the Dr. she came back and said nope she wont even see you, and you wasted our time and our day, so we will not see you again! I was in shock that she was so unprofessional! I simply asked question. I would have had plenty of time I had 45 min for her to look me over, she is appalling!!!!!! My husband sees her and he said after the way they treated me he is now looking for… a new Dr. as well! I would not recommend these quacks to any one at ALL!!!

Dr Scroggins is a very thorough doctor, her waits are long but it's worth it. Her Receptionist is very controlling, short in her tone, contrary and quite spiteful when she wants to be. Bottom line- she is rude. If Dr Scroggins Truly needs to hire a new Receptionist.

Dr. Scroggins has really paid attention to my problems. She is thorough and spends as much time as needed to explain what needs o be done. I felt as if I was at deaths door and was amazed as too how much the other doctors I had missed a lot of my problems. I would recommend her to other patients.

This doctor is rude and never bothers looking at your chart, quick to make her own assumptions on your appearance. Never ever recommend this doctor Kathleen M Scroogins. Bad attitude.
