seriously had this Dr for my HOH child and I'm so thankful we moved and found someone better. She assumes parents are uneducated and doesn't give them all the options to make a good decision for their family. In our case, it was surgery and only surgery. She didn't take into consideration our family, dynamics, or desires it was just surgery. There was no trial to see if hearing aids would work not to mention the success rate was a seven out of a scale of success being between 7-10. We didn't even have my child's files transferred. We just started from scratch with a new ENT. Guess what? My child has hearing aids, doesn't wear them and yet operates very well in both the hearing and Deaf communities.

Dr. Sie is God's blessing to us and have followed our Son Rojhen from birth

Dr. Sie "accidentally" cut off one of my daughter's CAROTID ARTERIES during a serious surgery and DID NOT tell us. Two years later we had to see a new specialist who informed us of what was done and when we went back to talk with Dr. Sie, she would not even see us. She may be kind to begin with, but is that worth risking your child's life in her hands???

As educated parents we knew what we were dealing with and what to expect for our child's health needs. We don't appreciate physicians of any level making assumptions as to the care of our child without discussing it with us first. We were quite turned off by Dr. Sie's talking to us assuming we would go along with everything she said without asking any questions. She didn't respect the research we did or the conclusions we had come to. It's very clear she she has her own way of doing things which is fine but she should state them as opinions rather than scientific fact when there's no basis to them other than personal bias.

Outstanding care and truly compassionate. The best by far. Noone else can compare!!!!!
