If I could give zero stars, I would. Ms. Sigle, who is supposed to be my husband’s nurse, has shown an appalling level of medical neglect. My husband left messages for three weeks in December, requesting his medication to be renewed and increased according to the dosage schedule. Despite his repeated calls, he received no response, and it took three weeks for the prescription to be called in. There was no communication from Ms. Sigle or anyone else from the office. When Walgreens notified us that the prescription was ready, my husband picked it up and took the first dose. Due to the three-week gap without medication and the increased dosage, he became violently ill. Without any guidance from Ms. Sigle or the office, he was unprepared for the effects of the increased dose. Now, approximately eight weeks later, my husband needs his prescription refilled again. He has made three calls and left messages, but there has been no response. This is the worst medical care I have ever… witnessed. Although my husband asked me not to contact the CMO of Memorial last time, I will definitely be reaching out this time. If you are looking for medical care for yourself or a loved one, please stay away from this medical office.
