Her staff are terrible. They claimed they texted me two days before my appointment that is not true. They said when I made the appointment they would call me two days before when I said when I schedule the appointment it was for 2 PM that date when I called to confirm it they told me that my appointment was at 11 AM and I had missed it because I didn’t confirm it when I tried to explain that this could’ve been an error and I would never have missed this appointment. The lady who is her medical assistant was very rude and told me I had been dismissed from the practice treating this as if it were a country club.

Been trying for over a month to schedule an appointment for my mom, with no luck. Spoke to a few people in the office and they said no referral sent over from her primary, which they have faxed over 3 times now. Now I can't even get a call back. I would give no "stars" if I could

Dr. Srock, was not helpful in managing my lupus. I would tell her that I’m having headaches, joint pain as well as other issues she had no concern in. She was very short every time I went in to see her. I had an insurance issue which my insurance kept denying a claim the billing staff was of no help, after months of going back and forth I was able to get my insurance to file the claim again and it finally went through. But not before they dismissed me from the practice.

Office dishcharged me a while after I saw her. Letter of explanation was not received; was sent registered without sender information so did not pick up. Payment was late, perhaps that was the reason. Other docs in that practice, who are probably excellent, cannot see me now. Unacceptable behaviour. I don't really remember enough to give the right amount of stars except for the overall rating, which would be negative if possible. Watch out! Perhaps if she likes you, you are in luck.

She has been taking care of me for a long time. Great job all around....

Not very knowledgeable in the field of rheumatoid arthritis wouldn't listen. Didn't communicate well.

I went to see her and she said I had fibro. I disagreed and even documented my comment in my file. She refused to order an mri even after I told her I had spine surgery before. Long story short, my spine collapsed and I had a spinal cord injury. She should not be allowed to practice medicine as she is responsible for my misdiagnosis that followed me from doctor to doctor. Now I am permanently disabled....THANKS!
