Dr. Kathleen Elise Stanford

Kathleen was very knowledgeable, answering questions about all concerns I had. She was patient and took all the time necessary to help me decide which device was best for me. What really stood out to me was after I missed my fitting appointment for inadvertently putting down the wrong date, and finding out that her next opening was not for another six weeks, Kathleen called me personally when she had a cancellation that same day, which was a Friday. It was late in the afternoon and I guess just about anyone in any profession would jump at the chance to go home an hour early on a Friday. But she understood the difficulties encountered in every day life with hearing loss and spared me six weeks of that. Now that’s caring. And we could use a lot more of this in the world. She’s friendly with an infectious smile. And we could use a lot more of this around us too. I love the product. I love the service. So thank you Jaxson! Ten stars from me.
