Dr. Kathleen Whaley Titone, MD

I use to work for her and she had her good days where she helped people but when her bad days hit it was really bad .At the time I didn't know how bad it was what she was going thru and I never had the courage to ask her since I was new. She meant well she just needed help in her own personal life that she couldn't control. She was so use to helping others and She tried to help herself but she refused to get help again. SHE did get help before on her own but wasn't strong enough. Dr. Whaley I will always respect you even you did snapped at me a time or two. Overall If you were successful at many times in your live at going to medical school. THIS IS NOT THE END FOR YOU. I pray that YOU GET BACK ON THE HORSE and find a related passion and go for it. I know You can do it.ALL IS NOT LOST. I hope you turn it around this year. To all the patients in her past care that had horrible experiences.. I'm sorry you got her on her BAD day...

I was contacted by Dr. Whaley to provide marketing services. Having worked for other physician/medical clients, I was aghast at how unprofessional Whaley was with her patients, her associates and her profession. I hope she will never be allowed to practice medicine again as she is a pill-popping, paranoid, psycho person in need of institutionalization and years of therapy. She's also not a nice person on any level.

I'm sorry, but I have to completely disagree with ALL of the negative reviews here. I have been to several different urgent care centers through out my life for various illnesses and injuries and I found Dr. Whaley to be by far the most competent and professional doctor I have ever seen at a walk in clinic. She was very compassionate and had unmatched bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable even though I was in a lot of pain. She even stayed open late and assisted in finding transportation since I was unable to drive from the shot I was given before she performed surgery on my foot. She provided excellent care as well as excellent follow up care. She made sure that I didn't suffer any unnecessary post-op pain and even called to check on my convalescence a few days later and to see if I needed any refills or follow up care. Even though I didn't, I found it to be extremely sweet of her and nearly unheard of these days from any doctor's office. I am extremely sad to hear that… she is having a difficult time in her personal life and is no longer practicing medicine. I hope and pray she will be able to overcome the issues and may one day return to what she was did best, being an amazing doctor. God bless you and your family Dr. Whaley. I found her to be very caring. I have gone to her a couple of times for my son. She listened and took action. It wasn't the general quick 2 minute look over as most doctors tend to do in this day and age. Her diagnosis was spot on and something we hadn't even thought of. Her treatment was correct and quickly had him "good as new". The office staff is the problem, I think. They were very unorganized, unprofessional and took more time and concern with chit chat than work.

Dr. Whaley rushed me to a room while I was having a serious medical condition. She stabelized me and I was taken to the hospital. I followed up my care with Dr. Whaley and she has been wonderful & professional.

This woman should not be allowed to practice medicine. I went to her and had a horrible experience and then my daughter (unbeknownst to me) went to her and she was supposed to be doing one procedure but did another that literally has left her needing months and months of wound care because it was done improperly from beginning to end. Every website I have visited has rated her at two stars or worse. Out of 20 doctors in her immediate area, she is rated the lowest on every site I visited. We say steer clear!

Dr Whaley is an exceptional physician. I arrived with a broken leg (later I came to find out the fracture was severe and it required surgery).Immediately i was taken back to x-ray. My leg was broken in 3 places. Dr. Whaley diagnosed the fracture (I don't remember the name but it was French). Dr Whaley, splinted my leg and informed me that it would require surgery. She took the time to contact a Dr at a local ortho hospital to let them know I was on my way. The entire experience (however painful) was great. After arriving to the ortho hospital, the Dr. came in and did his consultation. He read the notes and reviewed x-rays Dr Whaley had forwarded. After reading her notes, the doc said, "I am extremely impressed that your Dr. was able to correctly diagnose this fracture, it is one of the most difficult fractures to diagnose outside of the Ortho field. I can not tell you how often it is misdiagnosed. I'm impressed". After hearing that, I knew I wouldn't go anywhere but to see… Dr. Whaley in the future.I highly recommend Dr. Whaley. If I could give her a 10, I would.

my experience was normal for a clinic. No better No wrose. She had been having a divorce battle with ex and I do believe he wrote every comment here. He is deeply into computers so he would not mind spending his time to try and discredit this woman. I really believe this.

WOW!!Wish I would have read her reviews before i went there, would have saved lots of time and frustration. Visted a few weeks ago, and waited behind one patient that was already being checked on when i got there. Thought it would be quick, but had to wait an hour to be put in a room, then was seen on and off for another hour plus. Felt sorry for her at first, she was the only one there on a weekend. Yet, after the other patient had left, she still would disappear for five to ten minutes at a time, wanted to do test after test not related to my symptoms. She was disheveled, confused, unprofesional & incompetent-- left me feeling like we got no where in the last two hours. Basicly left with no conclusion as to what I had, or suggestions or recomendations for care. Went to my doctor Monday morning and was seen, diagnosed and checked out in twenty minutes. So happy to see my professional doctor after my horrible experience. Read more reviews to confirm my feelings, she was a joke, final… visit there-ever!!
