Was very pleased with the help and advice I received from Dr. Drexler. She did an excellent job of explaining this issue I was having with my hand.

Bait and switch: Made appointment to see Dr. Drexler but forced to see PA, without notice, and MD not in office. PA was rude, indifferent and his progress note for that visit was grossly inaccurate. When I complained about the veracity of the documentation I was terminated via phone call and my hand surgery cancelled. My income is dependent on the strength and fine motor skills of my hands and have been unable to work and so continue to suffer income loss while I wait to see another specialist. Additionally, my pain was never addressed nor any recommendations to use a brace to prevent further damage. No x Ray's and no evaluation of numbness. Repeatedly advised injections which I suspect was because of higher reimbursement rates for procedures. Typical care for this organization.
